All of our meats are marinated and smoked over a mixture of hickory and mesquite woods for a sweet taste and beautiful color. We buy the best steaks and just cook them... that's all. We make at least twenty, usually forty, pounds of cole slaw a day. The beans are cooked four to five hours with brown sugar and spices until they are ready.
We do the things that people do when they are feeding family. That's because we are feeding you. So stop by and see us at mile marker 102 bayside, seven days a week. Don't forget that we love catering and BBQ is great for a party, especially on a perfect Key Largo day!
