Only in the Florida Keys can you find stone crabs like these. We harvest the succulent claws gently, one from each specimen, and then return the crabs to the deep--where they regenerate their claws with no ill effects. Your claws arrive ready to crack-and-serve, complete with our incredible Honey Mustard Sauce, a special wooden cracking mallet and complete serving instructions.
